Lavender is a calming and relaxing natural remedy traditionally used for its healing properties. Lavender oil is very high in linalool, and can help to stabilise you if you are having a restless meditation session.

Frankincense is thought to have strong vibrations that drive away negative energies when burned, as well as promoting grounding, balancing and openness. Frankincense oil is a powerful tool to enhance focus and concentration. 

Ylang ylang is often said to have a 'harmonising' effect, helping us to level our emotions and feel content. It is also beneficial for reducing feelings of anxiety and uplifting the spirits to boost happiness.
